Paul handed over his chains of office to the new Mayor of Charnwood at the Charnwood Borough Council Annual meeting on 23rd May 2022.

Housing Petitions -
On Monday 25th April we handed in our two online petitions at the Council Meeting. One with 557 signatures and the other with 438 signatures. The objection petitions were titled as set out below.

Callingtons, Anstey Lane
This planning application was heard at the plans committee on Thursday 21st April. Deborah and Paul both attended, along with the Chairman of Anstey Parish Council, to speak on behalf of our residents against this site continuing.
Spring finally feels like it is here, and I am looking forward to a mini break over Easter. I have also been able to attend more events and get out and about a bit more.
