Paul handed over his chains of office to the new Mayor of Charnwood at the Charnwood Borough Council Annual meeting on 23rd May 2022.
Paul's mayoral charities for the year were Living Without Abuse and Marie Curie. Through the various charity events held during the year he managed to raise over £5,000 for the charities.
