It has been another very sad month for me. I was very saddened and shocked to hear of the sudden passing of Joan Snartt, David Snartt’s wife, who died peacefully at home on 18th September. David was devoted to Joan over their long marriage.
It is with great sadness that I write to inform you that my mother-in-law, Gladys Taylor, sadly passed away on 31st August 2021 at the grand age of 101. Gladys was an Anstey girl, well-known and well-loved in the village. Gladys had been living in a care home for the past 10 years.
