During the past few weeks, we have received numerous concerns from residents who were disappointed about the service being provided by the Well Pharmacy in the village. In November, we raised our concerns with Well Pharmacy HQ. We are pleased to say that we have now received a response from their head office management. Their reply is attached.
As you will see from their reply, we are hopeful that the service provided by the pharmacy will improve. However, we will continue to keep a close eye on this, as we know this is having a negative impact on residents from Anstey and our surrounding villages.
