You should now have received two leaflets (leaflet one and leaflet two) explaining the 5 planning applications for a total of 920 houses on ‘Land off Bradgate Road' and 'Land off Groby Road'
There are in total FIVE separate planning applications and your comments can be submitted on all of these applications until 31st March 2022.

We are asking for as many residents as possible to submit their comments on these applications.
We consider that these applications will be an over development of Anstey as we do not have the infrastructure in place to support any more additional houses.
