A decision for 20 additional homes on land off of Gynsill Lane between Anstey and Glenfield has been postponed after councillors described the road leading to the site as ‘dangerous without a light-controlled crossing’.
These additional houses were proposed after the first 40 houses were approved on the site in December last year.
Both Deborah and Paul have been against any houses being built on this site due to the dangers that Gynsill Lane poses to pedestrians and have submitted 3 reports to Charnwood Planning department advising why they consider that these planning propsals pose dangers to residents in the Gynsill Road area.
