The outline planning application is now available on Charnwood Borough Council Planning portal for up to 200 dwellings by Davidsons Homes on 'Land South of Groby Road (Phase 3) Anstey'.
Comments can now be submitted on the planning portal. Both Deborah and Paul wish to ensure that Anstey residents are fully aware of the implications that this development poses for our village. All the details can be found on the Charnwood Borough Council Planning Explorer here and then enter the reference numbers P/21/2668/2 .

So this means we now have planning applications for 'Land off Groby Road', totalling 420 houses. The other two application numbers are P/20/2251/2 and P/20/2252/2
We are asking for as many residents as possible to submit their comments on all THREE of these applications. We consider that this is an over development of Anstey as we do not have the infrastructure in place to support any more additional houses.
